Preparation of the KNB and Darmasiswa Program

 

 

 

 

 

Surabaya (06/09). The Developing Countries Partnership Program on Scholarship or Beasiswa KNB (Kemitraan Negara Berkembang) is provided for the Master Degree Program at one of 14 prominent Universities in Indonesia for 3 years period. Universitas Airlangga is one of it.

Since 2002, the program has been offered to the Master Degree candidates from the developing countries all around the world. KNB Academic Year 2017 in Universitas Airlangga will be started soon in this month. Therefore, for about 11 students of KNB program are having their preparation day in filling out documents for making student card of Universitas Airlangga. Later, the student card could be used as the ATM card. Supported by Mandiri Bank, it is conducted in Ruang Sidang A, Rectorat Building or Universitas Airlangga at 10.00-13.00 WIB.

Along with the KNB program, Universitas Airlangga are also having 11 Darmasiswa students. They are in one year program of Darmasiswa which provided them to learn Bahasa Indonesia, Arts (music, dance, and traditional industry/handicraft),  Cuisines, and Tourism in selected universities in Indonesia.

Darmasiswa is offered to students from every country which has diplomacy relation with Indonesia. This year, Universitas Airlangga are welcomed the students from Korea, Cambodia, Philiphine, Japan, Palestine, Kenya, Brunei Darussalam, and Poland.
