TF International LEaRN Programme 2019 @ NUS

NUS will once again be running the TF International LEaRN programme in Academic Year 2019/20 Semester 1 (August to December 2019).

The TF International LEaRN Programme @ NUS aims to nurture the next generation of Asian leaders by providing opportunities for cultural exchange, networking, community engagement and leadership development. Selected students will be have the opportunity to take one semester of academic courses in NUS, participate in community service work and take part in TF International LEaRN activities such as Learning Journey, Service Learning/Leadership Workshop, Young Asian Leaders Forum etc. Successful applicants will receive S$6,500 from Temasek Foundation International to support their living expenses in Singapore. Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be:

  • Nominated by their home universities
  • Undergraduates who completed at least one year of study in their home universities
  • Studying in their country of citizenship
  • Within the top 10% of their cohort in academic performance
  • Good academic record (GPA ≥ 3.00)
  • Fluent in English (TOEFL ≥ 550)
  • Interested in community service as evidenced from participation in activities and projects in their home countries, and preferably have served in leadership positions.

Required Documents

  • 1 (one) copy of CV
  • 1 (one) copy of the latest official academic transcript in English issued by faculty (Note: AGE does not accept the screenshots of KHS/ Histori Nilai from the Cybercampus)
  • 1 (one) copy of the English proficiency score records (TOEFL/ ELPT >550; ELPT certificate is allowed)
  • 1 (one) copy of motivation letter
