Airlangga Mobility 2019: Management and Leadership Development Forum in Indonesia is initiated with the aim of building a platform for students across Asia, from various disciplines and backgrounds, to engage in meaningful academic, cultural and experiential exchange. Through the program, participants will engage with issues pertinent to leadership and management skills, and be given opportunities to meet with and speak to experts studying and dealing with such issues.

This program invites international  students  from  Universitas  Airlangga  (UNAIR)’s partner universities from various disciplines and UNAIR's students to come together and engage in a meaningful academic and inter cultural exhange.

  • UNAIR’s undergraduate & diploma students (D3/S1)
  • Apply to all undergraduate major in UNAIR
  • Be able to provide the latest academic transcript with GPA > 3.00
  • Be able to provide the English Proficiency Certificate (ELTP/ITP TOEFL > 500)
  • Be able to attend the whole program
  • Be able to work in a team

    1. Personal Statement ‘Why you are interested joining the committee members’ (min. 500 words)
    2. Essay consists of 1.500 – 2.000 words themed: Leadership in a Complex World
