TU Berlin Summer School 2017

Come and join us in Berlin!

Take part in our unique academic and cultural program and earn credits towards your degree.

TU Berlin Summer University 2017 provide courses which run for 4 to 10 weeks. There are:
Block 1: June 12th – July 6th (4 weeks)
Block 2: July 10th – 21st (2 weeks)
Block 3: July 24th – August 17th (4 weeks)

Most courses have 18 hours of instruction per week, plus individual study requirements. Students can take one intensive academic course (per block) at a time. The program brochure attached on this page for each blocks information details.

UM iCamp is part of the continued efforts of Universitas Negeri Malang to enhance global education. The program was initiated to provide overseas college students with hands-on opportunities to learn Indonesian language and experience the cultural and academic life in Indonesia. 

Students from across the globe are invited to spend five days (11-17 August 2017) on UM iCamp in the “education-city” of Malang, East Java, Indonesia. The program provides an opportunity for the students to grow as learned individuals ready to assume transformative activities. It balances educational and socio-cultural activities throughout its sessions, cultivating students’ sustained passion as learned community members responsible for continued betterment of the world.

One of the most important and engaging aspects of this program is that learning is not limited to classrooms. Students will have opportunities to meet and interact with Indonesian and international students during the program and they will also be able to share their experiences and views with each other. At the end of the program, participants will receive certificates of completion.

Eligibility and Selection Criteria:

  1. Be at least 18 years of age by the start of the program (7 August  2017)
  2. International student who is enrolled in higher education institution
  3. Have successfully completed at least one semester of college or university courses

1st International Congress on Earth Sciences


1st International Congress on Earth Sciences

Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD) extends a warm welcome to international scientists and researchers in Earth Sciences to participate in the 1st International Congress on Earth Sciences in SE Asia. The Congress will be held between 15 and 18 November 2017, in Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam and it is organized by the Physical and Geological Sciences of the Faculty of Science at UBD.

UBD invite you to suggest a new session in the Congress or to register and submit your Abstracts. All the Congress papers can be submitted for a peer review publication to Geosciences, an open access, Scopus listed journal, with fees waived. You may consider submitting an ePoster, as well. 

UBD’s main objective is to bring together scientists from all over the world to share and exchange ideas and to present the recent advances in topics of Earth Sciences. UBD Organizing Committee expect young researchers to meet and mix with senior scientists in an effort enthusiasm and inspiration to meet experience and expertise. ICES 2017 will be the place to foster collaboration and networking among peers.
