AUN ACTS for UNAIR Students

AUN ACTS (ASEAN University Network – ASEAN Credit Transfer System) is a student-centered system applied to student mobility among AUN member universities (including UNAIR). The system was developed to accommodate the differences in the implementation of credit system among AUN member universities. ACTS mainly focuses on promoting people to people linkage with three aims: Enrichment of purposes, enhancement of student’s soft skills and exposure of international experience. ACTS also benefits students in three ways: Credit earning, Intellectual exchange, and Networking of ASEAN friends.

 Eligibility:

  • S1 student of UNAIR with Indonesian Nationality
  • Completed minimum 2 (two) semester at UNAIR
  • Strong academic performance (cGPA > 3.00)*
  • Highly fluent in English (TOEFL ITP >500 or equivalent is preferable)*
  • Committed towards the program upon nomination

*) minimum requirements differs depending on Host University 

Program Benefits:

  • Transferable credit (please consult with Department and Faculty)
  • Tuition fee waived by host university 

Required Documents for Application:

  • Scanned English proficiency certificate (TOEFL ITP >500 or equivalent is preferable)*
  • CV in English
  • Latest academic transcript in English (issued and stamped by Faculty)
  • ID page of Passport with more than 1 Year validity from application
  • Certificate of achievements and/or awards (if any) – translated in English

Application Procedure

  1. Student must browse possible host universities which offers linear courses and match UNAIR academic calendar. Prepare all the requirements. You can find the information here: http://acts.ui.ac.id/scholarships/member-universities-scholarship.html
  2. Make account at AUN-ACTS system: http://apps.acts.ui.ac.id/home/applyfront and apply for the intended university. Complete registration form and aforementioned required documents
  3. While completing your application please consult with your academic advisor (Dosen Wali) regarding the courses you are about to choose and transfer. Make sure you have finished your application by the deadline
  4. IOP UNAIR will review all application after the mentioned deadline. Please be aware that all incomplete applications will not be considered
  5. IOP may contact shortlisted candidates for further application process, approved application will be nominated to the host university. Please make sure all documents, host university, and term are correct. All applications cannot be edited beyond this point
  6. Host university will decide whether to accept the nominations from home university
  7. Students must confirm their enrollment on AUN-ACTS system and inform IOP UNAIR with their decision.
